I deeply appreciated being given this ground-level room upon my arrival through the Berkeley Program & Aug.9. Location was a godsend because of my mobility issues. The range of breakfast choices were good so that one was satisfied; eggs usually cooked too tough, unfortunately. Thanks for all.

the rooms and general facilities are up to the three star standard of some hotel chains. Cleanliness and security were excellent. Accessability to the tube network is also a plus.
