Goldsmid House, Victoria, London

The room was west facing so very warm with restricted window opening. A fan in room would have been helpful. Great to have kitchen/common room space though found mouldy out of date food in fridge when I first went to use it. The patio space with picnic tables and seats very good though used occasionally late at night (23:45) by people needing a signal. Free WiFi os unsecured Sky Cloud. I thoroughly enjoyed my week at Goldsmid. Staff were friendly/helpful especially Estelle.

Very friendly and welcoming staff upon arrival and throughout my stay. My only compliant was on Monday morning,August 21st around 10 am , the tall young man at the desk was on his computer and kept me waiting for over 5 minutes so I left. Just wanted to let him know the freezer was not working. Love the location. Perfect for my visit. Overall it was a really great comfortable place to stay.

Location superb, fantastic people available 24 hours at the reception. Great facilities, including fridge and microwave in shared room. Only critique is that the carpet and one of the chairs was really old and with many stains and carpet is not a friendly choice for persons with mite allergies like me.

The location was fantastic, the room was a good size for me & the price was ideal. Just for other peoples reference I would just like to inform that this is a basic room, so there are no complementary bathroom toiletries or a kettle to make a hot drink.

Fantastic location, room was basic but had everything I needed. It was also really useful to have access to the fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again

A five minute walk from Victoria Station, a great place to stay when in the city. Safe, secure, and comfortable. What more could you want.
