Overview

These gardens have 27 acres of woodland and water gardens, full of rare, exotic and unusual plants. The plant collection includes specimens from many parts of the world and Champion trees. Highlights of the garden include the National Collection of Stewartia Trees, Site of Special Nature Conservation Interest (SNCI) which is the acid natural flower meadow, Daffodil Field of Hope, commemorating loved ones, a large collection of rare and unusual Oak trees from around the world and a tree trail.
