Would be happy to stay again. My booking was a tricky one as it was to be added onto the beginning of an OU residential course, with another extra night (yet to come) onto the end. It was not immediately easy to find the way around your site, but your team dealing with special requests was very efficient when I eventually did. The bookings I requested were dealt with very efficiently, and speedily, and in a mannerly fashion, despite also involving a cancellation of a booking with another hall, an accompanying letter from an OU Disability Team Advisor requesting a booking fee be ignored for the cancelled nights, and a request concerning adding the extra booked rooms at Cripps to the beginning and end of a room booking already made by the OU team for a course week at Cripps. Despite the potential confusion, there was none.

This was a booking which extended the use of a room booked by the OU for a week-long course MSXR209 from 26/7 to 1/8. I had also made a booking for the night before the course started. Your people - amongst whom, Ian Haran, went to considerable lengths to make sure the three bookings were coordinated. (Please see comments for booking made for night of 25/7 - 26/7/14. ) Very satisfactory all round. Thanks very much.

I loved staying at the student hall of Nottingham university! The room was spacious and had its own bathroom. Breakfast in the dining hall was good; both English and continental breakfast options so definitely enough choice! I would've liked breakfast to be served a little longer though; till 8am was a bit tight. Overall experience was great!
