With more than 15 years in the industry, this establishment has been newly refurbished to meet the expectations of the owners. Food & beverage

The residence has a dining room with a microwave, industrial toaster, freezer, fridge and coffee maker. Residents can use this every day from 07.00 am to 10.30pm ensuring that they leave the facilities clean.

Upon leaving the residence you can find bars, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs! Perfect for all price ranges. 

Please note the price is per person and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner except for Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch.

Monday to Thursday: breakfast, lunch and dinner

Saturdays: breakfast and lunch

Sundays and holidays: breakfast and dinner

Also included in the room cleaning price is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, common areas daily.

Washing and ironing of linen both linen and personal clothing once a week.

The residence is a 5-10 minute walk from the El Prado museum, Thysen museum, the wax museum, The national library, Retiro Park, Plaza de Colón, Puerta de Alcalá, Paseo de la Castellana, Serrano street...an endless number of symbolic hotels, cinemas, theatres, gyms, swimming pools etc.

Internet is available and will be found on the rules of the residence. On the lower floor there are all of the communal areas, TV area, dining area, waiting room, Luggage storage.
