The availability for 2020 falls during the Easter & Summer Vacations as follows - Easter Vacation 1st April - 21st April 2020 & Summer Vacation 17th June - 8th September 2020.
Holland Hall is a stunning modern residence with a glass-fronted dining room with panoramic views over the Exe Estuary, and is only 1½ miles from the City Centre and is approx a 20-minute walk.
The rooms have a 4* Campus Graded Accreditation by Visit Britain (it is not a hotel). All bedrooms are ensuite and include a shower, toilet and washbasin as well as complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and mini-fridge. All bed linen and towels are also provided. Please note the bedrooms do not have televisions, however, there is a communal area (subject to availability) with a TV for guests to use. All bedrooms are non-smoking.
Several rooms at Holland Hall are on the ground floor. If you have a specific disability/access requirement, please mention this in the 'Additional Information' section of the booking form so it can be verified if there is a room available to suit.
Please note, Holland Hall is set on a hill and a selection of bedrooms do have views however this can't be guaranteed at the time of booking.
