The residence is in a prime location where you can enjoy both the proximity of Caen and the charm of the local shops. Situated close to Campus 2 and on the road leading to the coast, the residence is ideal for business stays, students or for holidays.
Accommodation is available as single, double, twin and apartments which are all ensuite and are self catering. Bed linen and towels are not provided, please ensure you bring your own, or you can purchase these items at the same time as making your accommodation booking.
The minimum stay in the residence is 30 days. Discounted rates are available depending on length of stay. To benefit from the discounted rates please insert the following code when making your booking: for stays of 4 to 8 months: SEJ120, stays of 9 to 11 months: SEJ210, for stays of 10 months: SEJ300 and for stays of 12 months: SEJ365.
