Overview

Strategically located in the heart of Rome, in between Piazza Navona, The Vatican and Piazza di Spagna, and just a few steps from San Angelo's Castle, this confortable B&B is located inside an historical building (late 1800s) in a fine residential area called Prati. The area has plenty of historical buildings, ancient cafés and boutique shops. The furniture in the rooms is stylish and is personally chosen by the owners. All rooms are different, but nonetheless equipped with all comforts: ensuite bathrooms, TV, safety box, air conditioning, hair dryer and minibar, so that you can have a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

From Termini Station, take bus number 70 and get off in Piazza Cavour or take the underground line A and get off at the 5th stop, Lepanto.

From Fiumicino Aerport, take the shuttle bus which will stop just 50 metres away from our Guest House!

From Ciampino Aerport, take the shuttle bus to Termini Station and from there follow the istructions above.

By car: from Grande Raccordo Anulare - GRA - From Roma Nord, take exit 6 (Via Flaminia) and follow istructions to Roma Centro; from Roma Sud, take exit 14 (Tangenziale Est) and follow istructions to Roma Centro - Città del Vaticano.

From Civitavecchia, take exit 1 of GRA, Via Aurelia.

Bus 70 from Rome Termini station to Piazza Cavour.

Nearest metro station Lepanto (5th stop from Termini station).

Shuttle bus from Rome Fiumcino airport directly to our guest house (30 metres away)!

Please note that tourists visiting the city of Rome will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
