History

The property was probably built around the turn of the 20th century and a recently discovered advert from a 1925 newspaper read:

'Charmingly situated within one minute Sea Front, standing in own beautiful grounds. Excellent and Liberal Cuisine. Separate Tables. Gas Fires in Bedrooms. Electric Light throughout. Well appointed Lounge, Dining and Smoking Rooms. Croquet, Clock Golf, Billiards, etc. Under personal supervision. 3 to 4½ gns weekly. Telegrams and Telephone: Bournemouth 2193'.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served in Henleys Restaurant Monday to Friday 7.00am - 9.30am and weekends 8.00am - 10.00am. A good selection of fruits, juices and cereals from the buffet, followed by a choice from the grill, full English breakfast or continental option with a  range of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. With an inviting lounge and a welcoming bar, the hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

A varied selection of lounge meals are availble in the evenings.
