The residence offers modern and functional studios on a self catering basis, all decorated in a contemporary and refined style. The studios are fully furnished and include a single bed (some units are equipped with a sofa bed), a private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. The accommodation comprises spacious balconies and terraces which are available against an extra charge.
The studios and apartments of size 22m2 and above can be rented on a shared basis. The minimum stay is 6 months. The rent is reduced for the months of July and August. If your rental starts on July 1st or August 1st, the minimum stay is 7 months and 8 months respectively. If you stay in a 22m2 studio, the minimum stay is 7 months or 8/9 months depending on the rental start date. The minimum stay in an apartment is 9 months or 10/11 months depending on the rental start date.
