The residence enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the Part Dieu business district and commercial centre. Situated close to all amenities, including the SNCF train station and the universities of Lyon II and III. The subway is in the immediate proximity of the residence (Garibaldi station is only 1 min walk away).

The studios and apartments are all equipped with a bed(s), a private bathroom featuring a shower, a kitchen area with 2 hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator and a closet with shelves, a table and chairs. The kitchen kit and towel/bedding kit are not provided. A gym is available for free as well as unlimited ADSL Internet connection.

Reservations are only valid for stays of six months or more.

The reception is open only from Monday to Friday at the above hours. There are no arrivals and departures on the weekend. The residence will be in touch with you regarding your exact arrival time which needs to be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Directions:

Access from the station SNCF : 10 minutes walking distance : walk up the boulevard Vivier Merle for about 900m and then turn to the right in Rue Abbé Boisard.

By Bus: C6 ou C25 - 10 minutes travelling time : stop at Manufacture des Tabacs

Access from the airport Saint Exupéry : Shuttle or tramway to the station SNCF de la Part Dieu - 40 minutes travelling time, then from the station to the residence - 10 minutes walking distance.
