The property is family friendly and a travel cot and a high chair can be provided. 

Guest can bring one well-behaved pet. 

Note: Property on main road, children and pets to be supervised and some road noise can be heard from commuter or tourist traffic. The road is much quieter from early evening onwards.

Towels and linen are supplied as well as Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, television and DVD player. There is also a selection of board games and outdoor games for guests to use at their leisure.

There is a large drive at Warney Lea which can fit 4 cars comfortably. There are spaces for more cars but it will mean that guests will have to juggle the parking arrangements as more than 4 cars involves blocking in existing cars. Its not an issue, we just need to make guests aware.
