We (my mother, my two brothers and I ) only stayed for one night in Blossoms B&B in York, while travelling round in a car from Germany through Eng- and Scottland and we enjoyed it very much. It is a well located house (10 mintues walk from York Minster and the lovely old town) with free parking places, the rooms are spaceous, clean and nicely done up, each with a small bathroom, simple but perfectly good. Most we liked the breakfastroom and the little bar in the cellar, everthing looks very familiar and the service is cordially and very obliging!

This was a smashing little B&B about ten minutes walk from York Minster. It had a comfortable room and every morning we had a full English breakfast to set us up for the day. Would recommend this to people visiting York who want a plain no-nonsense B&B.

Ease of finding location and parking made a good start. Friendly reception and breakfast service (and breakfast menu excellent). Room conveniently located and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Rooms definitely need a makeover, but the essential parts eg. Shower and beds were great. Would stay here again.

Bed too hard for me and lots of traffic noise which can’t be helped bring a front room. Staff very easy to talk to and couldn’t do enough to help. Excellent

JennyS

Staff were very friendly and polite, room was good but shower/bathroom were relatively small. Overall good budget b&b
