History

Our House is on an époque flat directly managed by its owners, both of us are architects and love art and history, we have maintained and rehabilitated some original elements like the hydraulic tile floors, the wood doors, the grating and the forge pillars..  We also offer assistance with booking tickets for monuments and transport from the airport

Food & beverage

We will personally welcome you with a drink while we will explain to you the most beautiful monuments and places of our city.

Grounds & Gardens

All of rooms have balconies. Jujol and Martinell rooms overlook Bruc street.

You can look at beautiful buildings as Concepció market, an old market of modernist era with structure of iron arranged in three naves. The market has an extensive gastronomic offer, with fresh fruit, selected meats, fish and delicatessen, including a bakery and a large supermarket.

You can also see the building of the Music Conservatory and the palace that houses the district headquarters of the Barcelona City Council.

The biggest balcony overlooks Rector Oliveras's garden, a small square without traffic in the middle of Cerdà's blocks, a peaceful oasis in the Barcelona's heart.

The Gothic basilica of the Concepció is the most representative building of this space.

This large terrace, 15 m2, is landscaped and equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can rest, sunbathe, eat or dine by candlelight.

Other facilities

Quadrat d'Or B&B offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms and scanner and printing service during office hours hours.
