History

Built in 1807 by architect D. Manuel Brady, in it's day it served as a family mansion. The beaufiful building retains many original features and is still admired today by all who visit.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is included and is served as a buffet style Continental breakfast from 8.00am. The residence offers lunch and dinner at an additional cost which can be booked at the same time you make your reservation. The residence is surrounded by a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are available for guests use.

Grounds & Gardens

The Residence is located in a XIX century building. The central courtyard is a magnificent space, with two large open buckeyes that exceed the height of the building. Within walking distance, 15 minutes walk you have the iconic "Parque del Retiro" where you can enjoy various sports and great walks.

All rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, study desk and phone with flexo, shelves, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are included. The residence has two interconnecting study rooms library, computer room with copier, printer and scanner. Living room with TV, DVD and board games. Free Wi-Fi throughout the residence.
