Guests that arrive later than the standard check-in times will need to book an out of hours personal check-in. These must be pre booked a minimum of 48hrs in advance and a one off booking fee is chargeable for this service.

Standard check in times:

Monday-Thursday 14:00 - 19:00.

Friday 14:00 - 20:00.

Saturday and Sunday 14:00 - 16:00.

Out of hours check-in fees:

Monday to Friday 19:00 - 22:00: GBP 20.

Saturday 16:00 - 22:00: GBP 20.

Sunday 16:00 - 22:00: GBP 25.

Any late arrival between 22:00 - 00:00: GBP 50.

Any arrivals after 00:00: GBP 75.

Directions: At junction 15, exit onto the M4 towards the M48 South Wales. Take a slight left onto the A48(M) and continue onto Eastern Avenue/A48. Take the A4232 exit towards Cardiff (E)/Caerdydd(Dn)Docks/Dociau and at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Southern Way/A4161/A4232. Take the A4161 ramp to City Centre/Canol y Ddinas and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4161. Turn left onto Fitzalan P1/A4160 and then right onto Adam Street/A4160. Then turn left onto Central Link/A4232 and continue along the A4232. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and the property will be on your left.
