History

Opened in 1973, and still owned by the same family, the Summit is a low rise, Caribbean style hotel. Many employees have been with the hotel for decades and lend a family feel to the hotel.

The hotel restaurant offers poolside dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. A poolside bar offers drinks all day long.

Within a few minutes walk of the front gate are numerous restaurants ranging from steak houses and gourmet Italian and Thai cuisines to casual eateries offering pizza and burgers.

Guests can enjoy the large outdoor terrace with swimming pool and views over the ocean.

Each room also offers a private balcony which is an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a delicious drink in the afternoon.
