The Annexe, Worthing

Located on a quiet residential street, this lovely large light Annex sleeps 2 people and is perfect for couples escape. It is completely self-contained with its own private entrance from the driveway, leading into a light bright lounge, with patio doors into an enclosed garden.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, microwave combi-oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher as well as a toaster and kettle. The lounge/diner has a dining table and 2 high back chairs, flat screen television with FreeView, free WiFi and plenty of interesting of books. Patio doors open out onto a paved outdoor sitting area sharing the owner's garden.

The double bedroom looks out onto the patio area and has a separate shower room with a wall mounted power shower, with a separate WC, off the hallway. Well behaved dogs are very welcome as the owners have 2 friendly small dogs who share the garden. This is a non-smoking property. Bed linen and towels are provided. We can also offer a small Z-bed or Travel Cot, so could accommodate a child.

This beautiful annex is also ideal for easy access to Goodwood for The Revival and Festival of Speed and also the horse racing. And for those car enthusiasts we can supply off road parking for your classic car!
