Originally built in 1838 by the Kirkpatrick family it was formally called the Windcliffe Manor.

If you prefer to relax at the Manor a gourmet picnic can be provided to enjoy in the gardens or overlooking the wonderful coastline (at an additional cost), which is a minute walk away. Or why not make use of the the Woodland BBQ hut in the grounds of the manor?

Of an evening the gardens transform into a retreat for wildlife, highlights include badger watching from the new Enchanted Folly. Other wildlife includes red squirrels, hedgehogs, peacocks and pheasants to name but a few.
