Brook Cottage is located on the edge of Builth Wells, a short walk from the Royal Welsh Showground, bars and restaurants, yet is totally tranquil, and enjoys magnificent views across fields and mountains yet is within a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the stunning river Wye. It boasts a magnificent terrace/balcony above the Gloew Brook, a tributary of the River Wye, where the babbling stream provides gentle background music for the perfect place to spend hours relaxing. The balcony is complimented by a 9 seater dining/relaxing patio set and state of the art gas bbq for perfect days and evenings. Dan-y-Castell is a converted chapel, the fully equipped the cottage is fully centrally heated and offers stained glass windows, stone arched doorways and an open fire. It is just for you, you even have your own private garden looking over the remains of Builth Castle Motte. A full kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine allows you to cook if you want or numerous restaurants etc are just a short walk away. It gives you the space, luxury and privacy you deserve and is just a short walk from the showground and town centre. The cottage sleeps 1 to 5 people.cottage.
