Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with the Dartmoor National Park to the north, the natural harbour of Plymouth Sound to the south and the rivers Plym and Tamar on either side, Plymouth offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities to help people make the most of the city and its surroundings during their visit.  .

From scuba diving in the Sound to taking a stroll through the woods there are sports and recreation opportunities for everyone.

Plymouth provides the perfect base whilst staying in the South West with easy access to the neighbouring counties of Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.

All of the rooms have access to a shared kitchen which has :-

Please note that washing up liquid or cloths are not provided in the kitchens.

A variety of supermarkets are only a short walk away. There are also plenty of small convenience stores that are usually open until late.

If you prefer not to cook, there are a number of cafes at the University campus at which you can eat at affordable prices. You don’t need to pre-book to eat at one of the cafes. The campus cafes provide a range of hot food, salad, sandwiches, soups and drinks with a real focus on local, sustainable produce. Please note that the cafes are not open during the evening or weekends. The city itself offers a wide range of international cuisines in a variety of restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance.
