The Pier View apartment is just what it says –a 3 bedroomed apartment on the first floor, with fabulous views across the Pier in the beautiful Totland Bay through its floor to ceiling windows. The Apartment has just undergone a complete renovation with a brand new kitchen and two brand new bathrooms, giving luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller but still has a full sized double bed and the third room has two full sized single beds. We welcome children of all ages; travel cots and high chairs are available. It is the location for a perfect family holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped make you feel at home if you want to cook. Hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are available. It is centrally heated for those times when it is chilly. If you can tear your eyes away from the view there is a 49" flat screen TV with a free-sat box and DVD/blu ray player. Wi-fi is available free of charge. You will also have the use of your own private Beach Hut which sits on the green adjoining the house. A wonderful spot to use the barbecue or simply sit and experience one of the gorgeous sunsets, perhaps with a glass of wine your hand. There is also free parking next to the house.
