The residence houses both Spanish and foreign students during the year and remains open during the summer months to welcome anyone, both students and tourists, who wishes to stay at the residence. Since 1990, the residence have had over 20 years of experience in accommodating students and tourists, which makes us one of Málaga's veteran residences. They offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation in single, double, triple and quad rooms. There are 70 rooms in total, of which 50 share bathroom facilities with other rooms on the same corridor and 20 have En-suite bathrooms.
