15 minutes away is the Welsh capital city of Cardiff with its castle, Millennium Stadium and the busy Cardiff Bay and Barrage, 30 minutes from the beautiful Welsh coast and the Brecon Beacons, 30 minutes from Celtic Manor Golf Course, which hosts the Ryder Cup in 2010. Other nearby attraction include the Museum of Welsh Life, the lovely Castell Coch and the National Botanic Gardens. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the local area.
