The Promenade Apartment is situated on the ground floor of this large house. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people and has one free parking space next to the house.
There is a brand new kitchen for 2022 which is fully equipped with pretty much everything you would want on a holiday if you want to cook; but there is also a kettle barbecue in your own exclusive Beach Hut which is located on the adjoining green, This is a wonderful spot to eat al fresco, or simply watch one of the glorious sunsets with a glass of something in your hand. However if you really don't want to cook, the Waterfront Restaurant and Bar, which has the reputation of being one of the finest on the Island is only 100 metres along the promenade.
There is one bathroom which is also brand new for 2022, (with shower, no bath), a brand new kitchen, laundry facilities, free wi-fi, 42' flat screen TV and a Blu ray / DVD player. Big fluffy white towels are provided along with Egyptian cotton sheets. It really is the perfect location for a wonderful seaside holiday. We welcome children of all ages; a travel cot and high chair is available. There is central heating for when it is cooler.
The Beautiful West Wight is full of wonderful scenic walks, so it is a fabulous area for a walking, hiking or cycling holiday
