The reception is not always staffed / open. There is a 24 hour caretaker / security guard who can be contacted on arrival - an intercom phone to contact the caretaker is located at the entrance to the scheme and information on how to use it along with a contact phone number are displayed close to it.

Liberty Garden is located a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and the National Express bus station.

There is limited onsite parking available charged at £10.00 per 24 hour period. This is available on a first come first served basis and can be booked in advance.

From M62 : Follow signs to Liverpool, straight onto the A5080, follow signs for Birkenhead/Wallasey Tunnels into the City. Turn left onto A59 Byrom Street/Scotland Road (Birkenhead Tunnel). At the roundabout take the 3rd exit (after the tunnel entrance) onto the A57 Dale Street. Just before the first set of traffic lights, turn right on the A5038 Hatton Garden. Liberty Gardens is situated at the top of Hatton Garden on the left hand side.

From Birkenhead Tunnel: Through the tunnel towards Liverpool, keeping in the left hand lane. Upon exiting the tunnel take the first left onto the A57 signposted Dale Street. Just before the first set of traffic lights, turn right on the A5038 Hatton Garden. Liberty Gardens is situated at the top of Hatton Garden on the left hand side.
