Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities .The double room has French windows with access to the garden. You are assured of a warm welcome, and an excellent breakfast, using local and organic produce as much as possible.
Free Wi-fi access available in rooms. We have a travel cot and high chair.
Kinnesswood is a great location for golf, with many fine courses, including St Andrews and Gleneagles within easy reach. There is also a 9 hole course in the village.
The Scottish Gliding Union club at Portmoak is just over a mile away.
The newly developed path round Loch Leven, which stretches from the pier at Kinross, to the nature reserve at Vane Farm, is a great space for walkers and cyclists. There is also good fishing to be had in the area.
The county town of Kinross is 5 miles away, it is 16 miles to Perth and Edinburgh is a 40 minute drive.
