Beach Hut: 409, Mudeford Spit

The hut build was completed in 2022, benefiting from a full refurbishment, fully insulated with double glazing making it habitable through March to October.

With direct access to the beach and stunning Sunrise views out or the Isle of Wight to the front of the Hut and views to the rear of Christchurch over the protected nature reserve, the spot really is a joy to be in.

You will get it once you've stayed, it's special.

This newly refurbished hut benefits from:

• Front porch and amazing space out the back for BBQ's and meeting your neighbours.
• There are 4 beds, plus a pull out queen size bed downstairs.

• New kitchen with ample storage and all cooking utensils, cuttlery, plates bowls, cups etc.
• Good size Fridge Freezer
• Solar panels USB charging points.
• An inverter to allow you to charge laptops, and items up to 875w (not hairdryers, please ask if unsure).
• Gas cooker with 4 hobs, oven and grill (back up gas bottle).
• Water fill-up point for a water tank (water pump for tap, funnel provided for water fill up).
• Water heater.
• Outdoor shower attachment.
• Deck chairs x 2.
• Collapsible indoor table.
• 8 seater outdoor round table table new for 2022
• Cushioned seats indoors for up to six adults or 8 children.

Please note -

You will be required to bring your own duvet, pillow and mattress covers for the single beds.

Single duvets and pillows will be available and a double can be provided. You just need to bring the covers.
