Check in: From 2.00pm    Check out: By 10.00am

For arrivals to the City Campus, please report to Main Reception situated in the Charles Hastings Building of the campus. At the reception desk you will be issued with the keys or access cards for your allocated room. Please note earliest check in time is 2.00pm. Should you anticipate arriving before 2.00pm please contact the conference team in advance of your arrival to arrange luggage storage or early check in.

On the day of departure please check-out by 10.00am. Please ensure keys and access cards are returned to the Main Reception of the Campus prior to your departure. Lost or not returned keys will incur a charge of £35 per item. Should you wish to leave your luggage during the day in a secure storage facility, this can be arranged for you, providing the request is made in advance of your departure.

Directions:

By Car: There is no car parking on the campus. There are a number of WCC Pay and Display Car Parks close by.

By Train: If arriving by train and you have the time, the walk from Worcester Foregate Street station to the City Campus takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Taxi from the station to the Campus will cost around £5.00.
