Within an easy flat walk along the promenade are the Victorian Pier 5 minutes away or the town centre 10 minutes away, along with many restaurants, theatres and the tennis and conference centres.

Those wishing to stretch their legs slightly more may choose to walk along the promenade to the marina at Sovereign Harbour for a look at the boats, shops and restaurants or walk past the pier along to Holywell and the foot of the South Downs way.
