Room was fine for the money - good value. breakfast was excellent - and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a fridge in the room - and kitchen / dining room nearby. Location by Canal and Green Bridge very good. Easy to reach West End etc. However - it was noisy at night - all the doors were heavy fire doors - so banged when ever anyone came in late. Lots of pizza deliveries in the early hours. Shame where was no reading light.

Haven't commented on breakfast as didn't take it. It would be good to advertise that a full kitchen with microwave is available but that there are no kettle/ tea making things actually in the room so that guests can plan accordingly. Reception was very helpful and it was an excellent place to stay. Thank you

We were surprised to find a bag with toiletries and fresh towels waiting for us in our aleady reasonable rooms. It was clean and comfortable and I will definitely be returning.

Very good experience. You get what you pay for. Could not fault the place. Very helpful staff. Perfect for a sightseeing visit to London. Would recommend to friends and family.

It is a nice neat place. Great location (near park and not far from a central line tube station). Wonderful full English breakfst.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a bed for a few nights in London, far better value than many of the hotels.
