Many guests visit purely to walk up Hampsfell itself, to discover the breathtaking views it offers. On a clear day you can see right across Morecambe Bay and the surrounding area. Once on top of the fell you can rest awhile in the stone hospice and read the poems left by Edwardian and Victorian visitors.
