Within a 10 min drive from Basingstoke Hospital and only an 8 minute drive/taxi journey from the railway station. So this property lends itself to the business commuter as well as guests travelling without a car.
This warm, comfortable, clean property, has a fully equipped kitchen including all the amenities expected by the most discerning traveller. Tea/Coffee facilities, toaster, oven and hob, fridge freezer all cooking utensils all available for use if required.
Each room is self contained with their own lockable doors, and contain wardrobe/hanging storage with professionally cleaned fresh linen and towels provided.
The Lounge has a TV to share, or you can choose to enjoy your favourite films in the privacy of your room, on your own portable devices using the free WIFI.
There is a communal Garden/Patio and parking is free, but please park to allow 2 cars on the drive, first come first served. The road is also free parking but please consider our neighbours.

The property is within walking distance of local pubs that serve food and also Public transport options.
The Academy snooker and pool halls are located at the end of the joining road. Whilst a 5 minute drive will find you establishments such as iFLY (indoor sky-diving centre), Hollywood bowl, Bingo, Odeon cinema, McDonald's, KFC, Costa and Lidl.
Venture a little further and you will find Basingstoke's main shopping centre - 'Festival place'. It's packed with many options for food and plenty of well known shopping brands and stores if you want some retail therapy.
There are a variety of historical places around the area to visit, including Milestones Museum, Willis Museum and Jane Austin's house & tea rooms.
