Room in a flat or Entire 4 Bedrooms flat, located in the popular Wavertree area.
There are people of all nationalities and the takeaway food outlets mirror this multicultural area. Situated in a great location close to all local amenities, there are great transport links to the city centre which is only 5 minutes away.
On-street parking no permit is required. Nearby sports park with swimming pool & Gym. There is a living room with TV, bathroom and kitchen. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are 4 double beds and 4 air mattress in the property. For air mattress we do not provide beddings.
ID and Deposit: We require a photo id of the guests checking in (Passport or Driving Licence) Deposit £50 per room is required. If booking the Entire House/Apartment £1000 security Deposit is required. (Security deposit is a refundable amount which we ask guests to pay incase of damages caused by the guest if no damage caused the guest will get a full refund)
Note: Based on your booking if you booked a room.
The guest who has booked only room (not the entire flat) is supposed to share the bathrooms, Living room and Kitchen with other guests. If you have booked an entire flat then no sharing with another guest.
Check in: 15:00 (3:00pm) - 17:00 (5:00pm) (no arrivals allowed outside this window)
Check out: Before 11:00 (11:00am)
