The Maison Internationale Universitaire (MIU) is a high quality hotel-type residence, open since September 2007 and located right in city centre of Clermont-Ferrand. The complex usually accommodates visiting professors and researchers, who have some affiliation with the city’s universities.
The residence is made up of 41 units, ranging from 20-25m², split between 31 ensuite single or double rooms and 10 studios (with kitchenette). Among these, there are 2 specially adapted rooms for people with mobility problems.
