The property is a well-proportioned apartment with two double bedrooms, an open plan living room and kitchen.
The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has twin beds that can be put together to create a kingsize bed if wished.
The apartment is suitable for families with a cot and high chair available upon request and for business with free WIFI access and ironing facilities. Linen is changed weekly unless requested more frequently.
The bathroom benefits from a bathtub with a power shower and a modern waterfall tap.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a new Italian gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals and complimentary refreshments are available such as: tea,
coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, butter, jam, marmalade and biscuits.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa and large flat screen television and DVD player. There is also a dining area just off the kitchen that can seat up to six making it ideal for entertaining.
The apartment has its own separate access from the street.
Parking is provided free of charge by means of a visitor's parking permit for longer staying guests (3 - 7 nights or more) and spaces can usually be found nearby. Two complimentary bikes are offered with the apartment subject to availability along with discounted bike tours around the city or to Granchester.
Punting tours can be taken along the River Cam, while the city centre offers a variety of places to eat and shop. The historic university colleges are dotted around, with King’s College just a 12-minute walk away.
