Apple Tree House is located just outside Cambridge in Bar Hill, a quiet residential area, Cambridge city centre is easily accessible both by car and by public transport.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms which can be arranged either as twins or doubles. The maximum occupancy is 7. It has one full-size bathroom and one additional toilet. There is a nice garden at the back. Two parking spots are provided.
Food and Drinks
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. Moreover, a Nespresso machine is provided.
There is a Tesco Supermarket close by and a few restaurants in the area, or a bus or short drive into Cambridge City where there are many bars and restaurants.

There is a garden at the rear of the property. Two parking spots are provided.
The living area consists of a large room with a flat screen TV with Sky Box and a conservatory with additional seating.
Linen and towels provided and a starter pack with other essentials including shampoo and shower gel.
The property also benefits from free high-speed Wi-Fi.
There is heating throughout the whole house.
There is an iron and ironing board in the house, as well as a hair dryer.

Directions to the property: From Huntingdon Road (A14) exit on to B1050, take the first left at the round about on to Crafts Way, follow Crafts way round until you reach Appletrees. A bus line serves Bar Hill and is included in the ‘MegaRider’ weekly ticket price.
House Rules; Suitable for children (2-12 years), Suitable for infants (under 2 years), Not suitable for pets, No smoking, No parties or events. No noise between 11.00pm - 9.00am If any of these rules are broken, the guest will lose the deposit.
This property will not accommodate bachelorette / bachelor or similar parties.
Bookings will be cancelled for anyone booking who is under the age of 23 or who is not passport verified.
Additional rules; Please note that check-ins before 15:00 and after 20:00 carry an additional charge of £30.00. Earliest possible check-in is12:00 subject to availability. The last check-in for this property is 11:00 pm. Arrivals after 11:00 pm will be turned away without a refund.
Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one-hour as a post payment processing and timing is subject to availability.
Guests wishing to check-out after 11.00am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of £40 per hour for every hour, or pro rata for part of an hour. If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost is £20 per hour. Check-ins before 3.00 pm and after 8.00 pm are subject to an additional charge of £30.
A security deposit of £150 is required upon arrival for incidentals as a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It may take up to 10 working days for the security deposit to be released back into your bank account.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments for the security deposit and guests may be turned away if they are unable to present their card upon arrival without prior agreement.
