All guests will be contacted by Quality Lets and will be required to pay a deposit of £300 which is due before arrival. The deposit will be retained for the duration of the guest's stay as security for any damage or other liability.  Deposits will normally be returned within 7 days of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made. Acceptable deposit payment methods are as follows: By bank transfer (details on request), Cash on arrival, OR PayPal (details on request-bank charges may apply).

Quality Lets cannot accept any responsibility in any way for the loss of, or damage to, contents or any personal belongings at the properties. Guests are advised to ensure their possessions are covered by appropriate insurance.

Quality Lets reserve the right to show the property to prospective guests whilst it is occupied. All such visits will be accompanied by us and we will endeavour wherever possible to give reasonable notice of such a visit but cannot always guarantee to be able to do so.

Lost or non-returned keys are charged at £50 (Citipeak £100)

• Head north on Brown St towards King St
• Turn right at the 1st cross street onto King St
• Turn left onto York St
• Continue onto New York St
• Turn right onto Portland St/A5103
• Turn left onto Albion St/A5103
•  Continue to follow A5103
• Continue on Princess Rd/A5103. Take M60 and Exit 3 to Wilmslow Rd/B5358 in Cheadle. Take the exit for B5358 from Kingsway/A34
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Princess Rd/A5103
• Use the left lane to merge onto M60 via the slip road to Stockport/Sheffield/Leeds/M67/Ring Rd (E & N)/M62
• At junction 3, take the A34 exit to Cheadle/Wilmslow
• Keep left and merge onto Kingsway/A34
• Take the B5358 exit towards M'cr Airport/Heald Green/Cheadle Hulme
• Continue on Wilmslow Rd/B5358. Drive to Eton Dr 
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Wilmslow Rd/B5358
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Wilmslow Rd/B5358
• Turn right onto Harrow Dr
• Turn left onto Eton Dr
