We are a small family business therefore reception is not open 24 hours, ideally we like arrivals between 12noon - 6 pm Tuesday - Saturdays, (Latest check in on Monday & Sunday is 4-30 pm) we request an arrival time to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests arrival times and that someone is on reception to check guests in. If delayed on route till after your arrival time please call to ensure we are available to cover your later arrival time, fees may apply.( see below.) this also helps us use our time more efficiently.
Guests wanting to arrive after 6 pm. or delayed till after 6pm Tuesday - Saturdays will be charged a £10.00 late arrival fee, latest check in time is 8.45pm. (This is payable on the day direct to staff on cover.) No late arrivals available on Mondays or Sundays.
New electric key box is also available for guests whom require a late check in, this is only available if no payments are due on arrival, we require a mobile number to send check in information. (no charge)
All bedrooms have En-suite shower rooms, shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, body lotion & shower caps. Tea/Coffee trays, Freeview televisions, dressing gowns, Honesty boxes & hairdryers.
Limited parking available.
Reserved spaces £5-00 per night.
An iron & ironing board is available for guests use.
Guests are supplied with main entrance & room key.
All rooms are up one flight of stairs, Themed Lodge king room is up two flights of stairs. Please don't book if unsuitable.
If you wish to leave your bags once you have vacated, please check with staff on vacation day.
Check in: 12:00 (12:00pm) - 18:00 (6:00pm) (arrivals may be allowed outside this window if your travel plans can't be adjusted however this is subject to availability)
