On arrival please report to the reception where you will be issued with the keys and access fobs for your allocated room.  

If you are visiting Monday to Friday, we recommend that you collect your key from Reception between 2.00pm and 5.00pm and 4.30pm on a Friday.   

For arrivals between 5.00pm and 9.00pm, or at the weekend, please contact the Duty Warden using the phone numbers shown on your booking receipt. Advance notice of your expected arrival time is helpful (there is a section on the booking form to note your arrival time)

Please note that we cannot accept any arrivals after 9.00pm 

On the day of your departure please check out by 10.00am. Please ensure that keys and fob are returned to reception prior to your departure. Lost keys and fobs will incur a charge of £35 per item.  

On arrival all Guests are required under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 to complete a registration form giving full name and address and nationality. Non UK guests will also be required to provide the number and place of issue of their passport, their nationality and their next destination. These records must be kept for at least 12 months and be available for inspection by any police officer. Please bring photo ID to support this.

By Car:

Leave the M40 at junction 15 and take the A429 to Warwick on Stratford Road continue through Warwick and join the A445 to Leamington Spa.  Then take the B4099 onto Warwick New Road, keeping right at the next roundabout continuing on Warwick New Road and Warwickshire College main entrance is on your right, during reception hours follow the signs for reception, outside of these hours please phone the duty warden.

By Train: Change at Coventry Station to Leamington Spa. 

Leave the main entrance and take a right west down Old Warwick Road towards Morrison’s.  At the roundabout take a right onto Princess Drive A452, follow this road until you reach the next roundabout and turn right onto Warwick New Road. Take a right at the next roundabout continuing on Warwick New Road and Warwickshire College main entrance is on your right, during reception hours follow the signs for reception, outside of these hours please phone the duty warden. This is a 20-25-minute walk.

By Air:

By car from Birmingham Airport, take the M42 South and then the M40 towards Warwick, leave at Junction 15 and follow by car directions.

Please be aware that building works are taking place outside the Disbery building during the summer.  There will be noise during the daytime.
