Vending machines for drinks and snacks are located in the study rooms and at reception.

Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet is available in common areas and further internet point located in bedrooms. Guests have access to the common rooms with big screen TV including Sky TV and games. Further relaxation areas available which include large study rooms with copy shop. Laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers. 

24-hour security and access to all areas of the residence via named remote controls, private security boxes and parking spaces.

A modern equipped gym is free for all guests as well as a soccer field and basketball court in the private park. Further open air common areas are available to socialise with other students.

Each room has air conditioning and heating, video intercom, modern TV system. On request it is possible to obtain a fast broadband via cable in the room for 1€/day.
