On the ground floor once you enter the property there is a small hallway with the space to hang your coats and take of your shoes to relax after the journey or long day exploring the city.
The hallway leads in to the living room where you will find a sofa bed, smart TV, little working corner and a cupboard with extra hanger and storage.
The sofa bed is the same size as a double bed and can comfortably sleep 2 people.
The living room can be closed with a big sliding doors to create the privacy for guest using the area to sleep.
Once you pass the living room on the right you will find the bathroom with walk in shower and on the left the staircase to go up to the bedroom.
The bedroom has a super king zip and link bed, chest of drawers and hooks with hangers.
Straight ahead going down from the living room is the kitchen dining area leading to a lovely little back garden.
The kitchen contains the basics needed to prepare, serve and enjoy a simple meal, with a free standing cooker, microwave, coffee machine as well as utensils and tableware for 4 people. There is also a fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
There is underfloor heating in the living room and gas central heating throughout.
Free WiFi is available through the flat.
