Overview

A charming space all of your own - perfect for staycations, a base for visiting friends and family, or a home between house moves or for work stays.

Nestled down a country lane, Garden Barn is a recently refurbished, 19th century barn, once providing coach housing for the esteemed parish rectory next door.

The 1860s barn has been lovingly modernised by the owners who also live onsite in their adjoining home. It is a unique space with double-height beamed cathedral ceiling, creating a fabulous space and light, overlooking the large peaceful garden.

Enjoy privacy and independence in your own studio-style barn conversion. Downstairs includes a new kitchenette and bathroom with shower, dining area, sofa-bed, and twin beds (can be made into a superking). Up the quirky spiral stairs, is a semi-private cosy double bed sleeping area on a mezzanine floor.

Stay entertained with the smart TV, a bookshelf brimming with a tempting reads, and a range of games. With the superfast wifi you can stay fully connected.

Pets are welcome by arrangement at a fee of £10 per night.

Enjoy the private, spacious garden - with picnic tables and swing seat to relax or a large trampoline, football goals and space to play for the energetic!

Just 2 minutes stroll away is beautiful rolling countryside and the children's playground. The Fox village pub is right next door with a lovely beer garden and wonderful food. Limes Farm Cafe, just round the corner, offers treats and a quirky farmyard to explore.

Brackley and Banbury have great local shopping, restaurants, and amenities. Take a day out to fabulous sites such as Oxford, Stowe, Stratford-upon-Avon and Blenheim Palace. Or find excitement at Silverstone circuit or Bicester Village designer shopping outlet. There is something for everyone nearby - charming pubs, golf courses, historical sites, cinema, bowling, high ropes, aqua parks, go-karting and swimming. The countryside offers beautiful rural walks and stunning scene
