Clean, basic study-bedroom. No frills (you make your own bed and strip it on leaving) but very good value for money in a city where a B&B would have been twice as expensive. I like the place very much, especially the room. The desk is really big which I like a lot. The bathroom is very nice too. Also, I specially like the heating water thing for making teas and coffee, it is very handy. Bonington Student Village (Campus Accommodation), Sutton Bonington
