The second bedroom facing south enjoys the view of Arthur's Seat and equipped with a sumsung TV. The living room has a 42'' Sony TV with BT viewbox programs, free wifi of fiber broadband, a PS4 and a XBOX play station with games provided, There are 2 double sized sofa beds in the living room. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a washer-dryer, a large refrigerator, build in oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nepresso coffee machine with a milk foamer, a dish drainer, a knife block, frying pans, steam cooker, tableware and cutlery. 16 Whittard of Chelsea teabags and 8 Nespresso capsules provided. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, we provide shampoo,a dove soap bar, toilet rolls. We also provide a hair dryers and hair straightener, hangers, wardrobe space, bath towels, hand towels, face cloth, umbrellas. The flat situated in a quiet, friendly, nice neighbourhood, with various supermarket and restaurant, bars, coffee shops nearby. Festival theatre, play house and various performance venues are within the short walking distance. £30 cleaning fee will be charged for every booking which is not included in the room rate. Due to the self-catering nature of the flat, we have self check in and check out. We won't enter the property again during your stay to ensure your entire privacy. There will be a £200 pre-authorisation hold in your card in case of any damages caused or items missing from the flat during your stay. We offer free luggage early drop off starting from 11.15am. But we don't offer any late check out and luggage storage service. There is a left luggage office in Waverley railway station which offers the luggage storage service.
