Earsham Park Farm, Bungay

Situated within a spacious fully restored Victorian farmhouse overlooking the Waveney Valley, the 2 studio apartments have commanding views over the Waveney valley and large glorious garden (available for the guests to use with ample seating , either on the terrace or in the garden.)
The farm is approached up a half a mile drive from the A143, with parking for guests directly below the apartments.
The guests have their own entrance with a secure entry keypad system and share a hallway and stairs.

Bungay is 2.5 miles away and the village of Earsham is just over a mile away.

Large walk in shower, WC, basin, bathrobes, hand towels, bath mats and bath sheets all provided.

Kitchen/Diner
Newly fitted with gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, toaster etc. Breakfast bar and stools.

Outside
Ample parking outside the door, separate entrance for guest use, secure alarmed storage for bikes, use of gardens and garden furniture.

General information
The entrance is separate from the main house, but the owners live on site and can help with information and any other queries that guests may have.
The accommodation is centrally heated and with free Wi Fi. These new apartment conversions use the large rooms at the front of the house. With fabulous views down the hill over the farm and the valley towards the river. The apartments face south and east, or south and west. Situated on a mixed farm with lots of wildlife. Watch hares, deer, owls swallows and housemartins etc from the comfort of your room!
Earsham Park farm is part of a bigger private estate, but there are lots of walks that guests can do from the door to enjoy the countryside around the farmhouse. We are very proud of all the conservation work we have done on the farm.
