The Fitzroy, Perth

The Fitzroy has two king size en-suite rooms, two double en-suite guest rooms and one single en-suite guest room that have all been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated, we also offer ample private parking for guests. Our beautifully furnished and spacious dining room is warm and welcoming with its real fire and collection of fine antiques and provides the perfect place for enjoying one of our famous freshly prepared full traditional or light breakfasts.

All of our guest rooms offer a luxurious place for guests to stay and are decorated to a very high standard, retaining many of their original period features including high ceilings with cornicing and ceiling roses. Each guest room features antique furnishings and has a sumptuous bed that benefits from an orthopaedic mattress, a luxurious mattress topper and a goose down & feather duvet. (Hypoallergenic available on request)

Beds are dressed in high quality crisp white Egyptian bed linen, whilst hints of traditional tartan fabric used in the cushions and comforters all combine to create a welcoming and homely feel.

Luxury hospitality trays with a selection of tea, coffee, hot drinks and homemade traditional Scottish "tablet” is provided, along with dressing gowns, a hairdryer, an iPod dock alarm clock, free Wi-Fi, and a colour TV that has a built in DVD player. An Iron and Ironing boards are also available.

The en-suite bathrooms are fully equipped with walk in showers, together with elegant Victorian pedestals, sinks and toilets, luxury Pecksniffs bathroom products, fluffy bathrobes and thick cotton towels, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind.
