The space
The property is entirely set on the ground floor has it's own front door entrance.
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor - 3 double bedrooms with storage and desks. 1 of these is ensuite and perfect for guests with mobility requirements.
Large family bathroom and 1 additional WC.
Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with large dining table leading on the large and comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player. All contain original wooden flooring.
Patio area to the rear from the kitchen allows you to enjoy the BBQ if the weather allows. The patio area leads on the the utility outhouse which contains a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage for golf clubs.
Please do not wear spikes or high heels in the house.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Golfers will also have access to the garden dry store to keep golf clubs.
Interaction with guests
I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code.
Other things to note
Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. You will self-check in using the key box when you arrive. The information will be sent to you by email with a weblink containing all the information.
