The campus Quays near the Presqu'ile of Lyon, which houses the universities of Lyon 2 & 3 as well as Sciences Po Lyon - or Institute of Political Studies - IEP Lyon is accessible by foot, by tram T2 to Garibaldi station - Bethelot or via the metro B (station: Jean Macé) . INST of Notaries is only five to ten minutes away by foot.
The studios and apartments of size 22m2 and above can be rented on a shared basis. An additional charge applies when selecting the Studios Comfort and Apartments Comfort which have been renovated recently. The studios are available from as early as July and August at a reduced monthly rate and the minimum stay is 6 months. If your lease starts on the 1st of July or the 1st of August, it cannot end before the end of December. The minimum stay in this case is 7 months and 8 months respectively.
