Studios Lumière Residence, Lyon (long stay)

Studios Lumière Residence is ideally situated in a quiet street in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, and consists over two and four floor level buildings. Close to the city centre and public transport and located halfway between the stations Manufacture - Montluc and Sans Soucis, which are about a hundred meters away and are served by the tram line T4 and the metro D respectively, with connections to many schools and campuses in the city.

The fully furnished self-catering apartments which are situated over four level floors, feature a living room with a sofa bed, a desk, a dining table, chairs and functional storage. Each apartment also has a kitchenette and a private bathroom (with bath possibility)

The studios and apartments of size 22m2 and above can be rented on a shared basis and an additional charge applies when selecting the Comfort Studios and Comfort Apartments which have been recently renovated.  The rental for the months of July and August have been reduced. Minimum stay 6 months. If you arrive in July or August, the minimum stay is 7 monts and 8 months respectively.

Comida y bebida

The self-catering apartments feature a kitchenette with hot plates, a microwave and a refrigerator.

A cafeteria is available to all tenants from 9.00am-12.30pm & 2.00pm-5.00pm (Monday - Friday). Outside the above hours, access is only upon request (ask management for keys).

The administrative fees include: access to the laundry, cleaning kit, reception services.

Guests have use of a TV and common area. Bike storage is available with digicode. Iron/Ironing board and vacuum cleaner available on request.

Services charged:

Monthly water and electricity bill of €50 for all studios and €70 for the apartment (Adjustments made on the last day of the stay or on the 31 of August according to meter reader)

Bedding & Towel kit hire (bed sheets, pillow, blanket, towel ...) with change every month: Rate from 8 - 11 months: 49.00 € / Rate from  4 - 7 months: 39.00 €

TV Rental: €30,00/month.

Laundry Costs: washing machine 3.00€ per wash and dryers 1.70€

Cleaning Services : €33/hour

Single Private Parking: 40€/month, Double Private Parking: 60€/month. Deposit: 80€ and Administrative Fee: 1 month's rent

Internet Access Wifi: 1 mega = free of charge and 4 mega = 9 €/month
